You already know that exercise is good for you.  A deluge of studies have documented the health benefits of exercise.  What’s impressive about the research, aside from the sheer volume, is the number of conditions exercise seems to prevent, ameliorate, or delay.  If you’re physically active, your heart gets trained to beat slower and stronger, so it needs less oxygen to function well; your arteries get springier, so they push your blood along better.
Moving the body helps the brain as well.  Several studies have found that exercise can reduce the symptoms of depression, and it changes the brain in ways similar to antidepressant medications.  In old age, physical activity may delay the slid of cognitive decline into dementia, and even once that process has started, exercise can improve certain aspects of thinking.
Be fit by playing the game that you love.  You can make basketball your regular work out, even when you can’t round up your play buddies.
We offer various classes for physical fitness that will also improve your basketball skills as well. 
Shooting Workout  
Intensive shooting workouts and drills to improve form and accuracy.
Functional Gym Workout  
Specialize gym workouts specifically for basketball purposes.  Level strengthening and plyometrics.
Specialized Conditioning Program
Provide a unique blend of body weight exercises that address the athleticism of all basketball players, including: speed, quickness, agility, flexibility, jumping, strength and stamina.
Individual/Personal Instructions
One on one lesson for players who seek intense workouts suited to his individual needs.  Private instructions is offered on session by session basis or in extended packages of multiple sessions. 
We hold our physical fitness classes every Mondays to Sundays.  Schedule of classes are:
     AM Session 1: 6:00am to 7:00am    
     AM Session 2: 7:00am to 8:00am
     PM Session 1: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
     PM Session 2: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
*Special team workout/series of workouts could also be arranged on a different schedule.
